In the ~/.baresip/config
file
The accounts examples work e.g. for soho66
Put
<sip:username@sbc.soho66.co.uk>;transport=udp;auth_pass=PASSWORD
Into ~/.baresip/accounts
file (username is the xxx no that soho gives you and PASSWORD your soho password. There are more complex examples for other SIP providers.
I tried jami but could not get it to work as a sip client - the jami forum was down and the package was missing a dependency. I did manage to register my SIP account on jami but could not figure out how to use it.
Once configured baresip is giving me good quality with soho66.
