Automatically switching desktop background to "Bamboo at Night" on second monitor, now has a black screen

Hello guys,
I have a setup with two monitors and a projector that I only use some of the time, which means that I am constantly changing which output the device is using. I found that it kept switching to the “Bamboo at Night” wallpaper on all but my primary display. I couldn’t find out why so I just deleted that wallpaper, and now it switches to a blank screen without a KDE plasma session, but still with the window manager functioning. Does manjaro have some script or something that is forcing the desktop background to change even when the file is unavailable?

Or is there a default desktop background for new monitors which can be set somewhere?
