AUR can't build brave browser

Building brave from AUR downloads 22GB of packages since it compiles both brave and chromium from git.
Build brave-bin instead. Its much smaller than building everything from scratch and it doesn’t make a difference compared to building everything from scratch.
Also, not having to download 22GB of files every-time an update rolls out is a plus.

1. would it not be helpful to have some sort of explanation like this in the package description?
2. how would you practically go about adding such info?
