I have updated my packages with the OS Updates inside of pamac and now the aur is not showing up. I tried looking in the preferences tab with General and Third-Party and what is also strange is that this has happened on both of my machines and things i installed from the AUR like minecraft-launcher are not showing up in the manager. I can not figure it out so if anyone has ideas please let me know.
Nevermind I did a bit more researching and found out that I had software mode checked and that was the issue on both of my machines
