Audio-video huge latency/ not synchronized with kernel 5.19.1.2

Hello,

i switched to the newest kernel and got an issue with audio/video. audio and video (for example youtube-videos) lag of a big gap and aren’t synchronized anymore. yes some may say okay switch back to an older kernel but i want to figure out what might cause this trouble. i think it’s because it’s the pulseaudi-pipewire-issue and hope that some members can advice how to detect the issue.
btw. there are several advices at internet and here in the forums how to install pipewire and uninstall pulseaudio, but times have changed so it seems some of them are already outdated. may someone give me a link or advice how to uninstall pulseaudio and replace it complete with pipewire with the actual procedure ?

my basic inxi:

You are currently running both … manjaro-pipewire if you want pipewire, manjaro-pulse if you want to keep pulseaudio. Was covered many times in the forum, is not outdated.

okay i uninstalled the pulse packets and installed manjaro-pipewire as standalone. now only pipewire is used

output of inxi -A

  Sound Server-2: PipeWire v: 0.3.56 running: yes

thanks so far for your answers

running only pipewire seems to fix the problem. actually everything works fine, now i have to dig into pipewire. may someone explain what are the pros and cons for pipewire, especially the pros and features?
any help and information is appreciated
