  1. Can you do a:

    pamac install alsatools
    hdajackretask

  2. Ensure Show inconnected pins is set

  3. Provide a screenshot of that screen.

  4. Provide all the values in one of the drop downs of any pin.

The codecs are Realtek ALC269VB and Intel Pantherpoint HDMI

I couldn’t do a screenshot from drop downs but they are:

is connnected, so please connect the following 3 to any unconnected pin:

Then click Apply Now and test.

If you would get an error message clicking that button, click Install boot override, reboot and test.

I connected the first pin with

Internal Speaker (LFE)

and after pressing the boot override button and rebooting the system, the sound is working now.

Do i need try the others pin?

If it works, it works! therefore, I’ve marked this answer as the solution to your question as it is by far the best answer you’ll get.

However, if you disagree with my choice, please feel free to take any other answer as the solution to your question or even remove the solution altogether: You are in control! (If you disagree with my choice, just send me a personal message and explain why I shouldn’t have done this or  or :+1: if you agree)

:innocent:
P.S. In the future, please don’t forget to come back and click the 3 dots below the answer to mark a solution like this below the answer that helped you most:
Solution
so that the next person that has the exact same problem you just had will benefit from your post as well as your question will now be in the “solved” status.

Thank you very much!
