Small bug - can't update

Hi, first time tryer here. Love it. After 25 years of using Linux - I think you guys have sussed it out.

Also, a small bug to report. I use a user without a password for this machine (sort of kiosk mode), which unfortunately means updating from the tray (Package Manager) doesn’t work - it is asking for password and not accepting blank as a valid input. A fix would be nice. Thanks

That’s not a bug ─ it’s a feature. You really don’t want an unprivileged user to be able to replace system files, do you?
