Frage zu Snap - Pamac und Discover-Snap

Hallo Manjaro-Forun,
sorry, aber mein Englisch ist nicht so gut, darum ist die Anfrage auf deutsch … :wink:

Ich habe entsprechend dem Manjaro-Wiki

Snap aktiviert. Ebenso habe ich “Discover-Snap” installiert.
Ebenfalls habe ich in Pamac > Einstellungen > Drittanbieter > Snap aktiviert.

Aus “Snap” habe ich Audacity 3.x installiert. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei.

In meiner Taskleiste sehe ich nun neben dem Pamac-Icon auch das Discover-Snap-Icon. Dieses bietet mir nun eine Aktualisierung für “Mesa xxx” an. Pamac jedoch nicht.

Nun meine Fragen:

  • Fahre ich nun immer zweigleisig? Mir geht es nur um das Programm Audacity.
  • Oder wird ein Snap-Audacity Update auch in Pamac angezeigt?
  • Benötige ich überhaupt Discover-Snap?
