There’s one now
The 8GB DDR4 RAM is quite generous given the rest of the specs.
I want to believe in a new cpu revolution but there are still barriers to overcome. (price can be one…)
Bur my main concern is about the GPU :
One obvious item missing from the specifications is a GPU, and I was told while the first batch scheduled in March will be GPU less, but the next batch – slated to be manufactured in September – will come with an Imagination Technologies GPU.
And I’ve seen on news since almost 2 years pages about imagination driver but, I can be wrong, nothing is out for now : SiFive RISC-V SoCs Can Now Be Paired With A GPU... Imagination's PowerVR - Phoronix

I had a dream…
I too was thinking to buy this SBC and had assumed a GPU was integrated, thank you for pointing this out.
Yeah… I’m very interested, and the dropping price looks promising. Will be very interesting once a quad-core version with a GPU is available for <£100. Surely Arch will start bootstrapping packages for RISCV soon. The only repos I’ve found where this has been mentioned have been abandoned 2–3 years ago.
Fedora is not working on any specific board.
They have always had RISC-V pkgs since long time.
The dev is working on fedora support for beagleV board.
Technically Arch must be working Risc-V too but itb is very very early to expect a working system on Risc-V as it have some issues with Rust compiler.
I have requested for sample board but have not recieved any response.
I have an old Nvidia video card in my desktop and I am pretty upset with them as they completely dropped support for the drivers i use… On the other hand Nvidia opensourced PhysX.
So i have a mixed feeling about this topic… We will see…
