Arabic fonts

Hello,
I have a problem with Arabic fonts.
I installed Manjaro Xfce and the Arabic fonts are displayed in a weird way.
I searched the forum and found that installing Windows 10 font fixes the problem but it is not the case for me and the problem persists as you can see in the screenshot

Maybe non-arabic-speakers would benefit from you describing the problem.

Create a file named 93-ar.conf in ~/.config/fontconfig/conf.d/

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<!DOCTYPE fontconfig SYSTEM "fonts.dtd">
<fontconfig>
    <match target="pattern">
        <test name="lang" compare="contains">
            <string>ar</string>
        </test>
        <test qual="any" name="family">
            <string>sans-serif</string>
        </test>
        <edit name="family" mode="prepend" binding="strong">
            <string>Noto Sans Arabic</string>
        </edit>
    </match>

    <match target="pattern">
        <test name="lang" compare="contains">
            <string>ar</string>
        </test>
        <test qual="any" name="family">
            <string>serif</string>
        </test>
        <edit name="family" mode="prepend" binding="strong">
            <string>Noto Sans Arabic</string>
        </edit>
    </match>
</fontconfig>

for further references you could check the fontconfig documentation
