I just re-installed Manjaro and noticed that apps that i downloaded from pacman doesn’t appear on application launcher, even when i search for it.
This could be if it is a command line app.
It has been seen - rare though - that you may need to logout and login for the change to take effect.

logging out/logging in or restarting doesn’t do anything
Is Application Launcher an app? If so, can i just delete it and download it again?
What application did you install through pacman, that does not show up in the menu?
discord and libre office, they can still be launched normally from pacman, but doesn’t appear on application launcher
Update :
I ran sudo pamac update --force-refresh and it fixed it
