I don’t know what your problem is, but usually what helps is kind of self diagnosing.
So your headline is: can’t boot.
This is a general description. Do you know what is broken? Is it grub? Is it light dm?
What do you see while its booting.
If you add all this information in the beginning you are likely to mget more help, because your Problem is a specific and b people don’t have to walk you thorugh troubleshooting.
What you can do is trying to chroot your system from a live USB, try to update it maybe that will magically fix a random issue you had that broke the system.
from live USB, open terminal and chroot the system
manjaro-chroot -a
select your system following on screen instructions, it should automatically chroot it.
//EDIT: the above step can be avoided if you can access a TTY from your broken system, press ALT + F3 and see if it gets you to a TTY. If you can just follow the next steps, if you can’t, do the above step first from a Live Manjaro USB. If you need to chroot, then once you get to the chrooted terminal, you don’t need to use sudo for the commands as you would be root already.
From here the terminal should switch to a root terminal (color should change to red too). What you now type in the terminal is as if you were typing from your real system terminal, so try to update the system now
sudo pacman-mirrors -c Global && sudo pacman -Syyu
You can also then make sure you have latest kernel installed
sudo mhwd-kernel -i linux514
From the live USB you can go to the forum to report any terminal output from the actions you make so we can see the error messages if any.
I can get through grub just fine. it’s after I chose to boot to Linux instead of windows that I get stuck on this screen
and I’ve tried multiple kernels and none of them work.
I was able to get into TTY
and I ran those commands I didn’t see any errors
am I correct in assuming these commands update all the stuff I downloaded from pacman?
well it took like 12 minutes to update everything then download the latest kernel but unfortunately, I am still unable to get past this screen
Maybe try from a TTY to read the various logs available to find errors that may help fixing the issue.

It is preferable to access directly the system, but it should work too from the chrooted system you should issue the same commands from there.
Also I remember you said you had multiple Manjaro installation, make sure you chroot into the one with issue (to do what I suggested before or to grab the logs).
//EDIT: also your BIOS was very outdated, if you can’t find a solution, you can try to update it, but you will then probably need to restore GRUB from the live USB because it will probably erase the boot selection and from what I have seen motherboard can’t automatically find the Manjaro boot loader by itself (when it always finds a Windows one), so before updating BIOS make sure you have a working live USB, to then restore GRUB and be able to boot to your system again.
//EDIT2: in my opinion, updating the BIOS would be the first thing to do but this is something you decide, understanding the implication of updating the BIOS. But my bet it is the fix to your issue.

but now when i boot that error message is gone but its just a black screen and nothing happens.

i don’t know how to fix this one.
This is the current issue I think (and was the real issue right from the start I guess). Not sure how to fix it right now, I’ll reply when I have an idea, or maybe someone who knows XFCE and LightDM can help too.
Actually I have an idea now I see you’re using the nouveau driver for your Nvidia video card. Try to install the Nvidia video drivers from TTY.
sudo mhwd -i pci video-nvidia
On a side note, I notice you’re using the 5.13 kernel, please use 5.10 or the latest 5.14 not this unsupported kernel.

Now as it seems the video drivers setup is messed up (you’re using nouveau driver, allias video-linux, but you have the nvidie drivers installed too…), let clean and reinstall it all

See if it changes anything

I opened up TTY
when I tried to remove 513 it said

then it listed the ones I have installed

then I removed linux54
now I only have 2
I removed video-linux. it was successfull.
but when I went to remove video-nvidia it said that video-nvidia wasn’t installed
I ran this and it seemed to be installing fine. but then the screen turned off. and hasn’t turned back on yet. I assume this is expected behavior because I need a functional video driver in order to get screen output.
i assume its still going even though i cant see anything on the screen.
