Anker Soundcore Life Q20 Bluetooth Headset Doesn't Show Up as Output/Input Device

After a couple of days, the headset stopped showing up altogether as an output device when I was trying to get the mic to show up as an input device. It connects fine to bluetooth, and can be seen in command line as well, but Pulseaudio Volume Control does not pick it up.

After following what @fossilized did in this post by deleting cookie, my headset now show up in Pulseaudio Volume Control as an output device. So that part of the original issue appears to be solved at this time. I’ll update if it changes.

However, it does not show up as an input device. In the Configuration tab, this is what is shown for headset mode:

Could someone please advise how to get this mode to become available? Thanks in advance.

Edit: could it have something to do with this part of the output from above?
