AMD GPU glitches with kernel > 6.11

PSR (Panel Self Refresh) Maybe?

I started getting full hangs beginning with 6.11 and ~might~ have stability again on 6.12.1 with amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x200 boot option on this zen3 system.

So my case is likely related to PSR. (a power saving feature) With amdgpu there are certain approaches and workarounds that I have not investigated.
