AMD/AMD laptop setup

I’m fairly experienced with my old intel/nvidia laptop as far as using __NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD to specify the dGPU for games and such, but what’s the best practice with an all AMD setup?

Ryzen 9 6900HS / Radeon RX 6650 XT

Maybe I just don’t know the proper terminology to ask correctly. How can I specify using one of these GPU’s?
