Alt key not working and others keys swapping

i just operate manjaro in my old dell laptop with xfce after kde keep freeze in log in screen but in xfce the keyboard keys not working well like kde was fine , i keep changing the keyboard layout but in every change there keys not working or swapping places,

solve after change keyboard layout from manjaro sitting manger not from xfce keyboard sitting,
