After update, bunch of stuff broken (XFCE UI)

so after the most recent update, I log in and first off the bottom panel is white. I check its preferences, set system style to dark, seems closer to what it was before. But now the start menu (sorry for incorrect term) is also dark, it was light before (I prefer general light style). I check all themes, it’s macha sea as before. Open application reticles in the bottom panel have these weird rounded corner plates around them. Looks like style from 15 years ago. Font is bigger, also in start menu. Can’t figure out how to restore it to before.

Icons are now blue instead of green. Appearance > Icons changes nothing, nada.

Waterfox icon in bottom panel has no icon anymore. Try to set the icon (right click, properties I believe). The dialog has no ok function, when I close it it’s back to before. Can’t even change the comment. After that I try to edit it again, no right click option any more, can only go via panel preferences > items. Edit button does nothing on that specific launcher (application still launches though).

It doesn’t end here. Terminal keyboard shortcut doesn’t work anymore. Actually, no keyboard shortcut works anymore.

Manjaro xfce has pretty defaults, I don’t think I changed a lot. But now really everything effed up it seems. I’m not asking for solution to each little problem. I’d like to know what happened, what was updated, which config was changed.

Ok it was me, I’m the idiot. I had the libxfce4ui on update ignore (downgraded it at some point because there was a bug that wasn’t being fixed). I updated it and now everything is fine again.
