Adding new EFI entry to boot an OS beside Manjaro?

Hey all, hope you’re having a good day!

So, I’ve been using Manjaro as my main OS for a little while now but recently I wanted to get Android-x86 as well. I have installed Android to a separate partition on my NVME drive.

/dev/nvme0n1p1 (fat32) <- EFI partition
/dev/nvme0n1p2 (ext4) <- Manjaro root partition
/dev/nvme0n1p4 (ext4) <- Android root partition
/dev/nvme0n1p3 (linux-swap) <- Manjaro swap partition

What I am unsure of though, is how to boot it. How do I add a new EFI entry for that partition? Currently my EFI partition only includes an entry/EFI file for my Manjaro OS:
/boot/efi/EFI/Manjaro/grubx64.efi
I would like to be able to choose to boot either OS whenever I would like, if possible!

Thanks.
