The new forum is looking quite good, but I noticed this morning that the old subforum for gaming/games is missing.
I think it’d be a nice idea to have a separate place for questions related to installing and running games on Manjaro Linux.

Based on statistics Manjaro is used for gaming a lot. We only have to see on how we integrate that topic to our new forums.

My suggestion would be to either 1) create a separate category for “Games” under the “Support” subforum, or 2) make very clear that all gaming-related questions are welcome under the already existing category “Software & Applications.”
I personally find the first option more ideal, especially given (as you said) that Manjaro is rather popular among gamers.
