Accents with 68 keys US INTL keyboard

Hello, I have just bought a TMKB T68SE keyboard and set up like this in terminal:

$ localectl
System Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8
               LC_NUMERIC=it_IT.UTF-8
               LC_TIME=it_IT.UTF-8
               LC_MONETARY=it_IT.UTF-8
               LC_PAPER=it_IT.UTF-8
               LC_NAME=it_IT.UTF-8
               LC_ADDRESS=it_IT.UTF-8
               LC_TELEPHONE=it_IT.UTF-8
               LC_MEASUREMENT=it_IT.UTF-8
               LC_IDENTIFICATION=it_IT.UTF-8
    VC Keymap: us
   X11 Layout: us
    X11 Model: intl

and in XFCE like this:

but when I use the English layout and pressing Win+'+e it displays é only few times then it stops.
Really weird! I am using mousepad or Libbreoffice Write to take notes and make documents.
Any help?
