About the `dotfiles_backup` directory

I notice there is a dotfiles_backup_<date> directory in my home directory. It stores many dotfiles(which is obvious).

I didn’t backup those dotfile myself and I wonder:

  • Is it OK if I delete the directory?
  • When are the dotfiles backed up? By which program?

Sure, if you don’t want backups.

Your guess is as good as mine, there are a lot of dotfile managers out there. That’s not something that ships with Manjaro.
