If the problem is with your monitor (and if I understood your requirement correctly  ), viewing the phone screen on the same monitor may not help.
I used kdeconnect in the past, and scrcpy as pwx suggested.
These tools can also work if you want to use the phone as a second monitor. There’s also virtscreen, but the code on Github has not been updated in 8 years.

Does this only occur on your web browser?
I had an issue using the Zen Browser and only realised it when I looked at a picture of an official football jersey and noticed that the colour was not correct. Viewing the same site with Brave rendered correctly.

Many modern Android phones, especially the higher end ones, can just go directly from USB-C to HDMI (or even DP). Almost like a gimped laptop.

The method they used before they got that smart, needed an MHL cable. It’s just a fairly cheap adapter specific to mobile devices, and it does USB(-C) to HDMI.

(Before that it was an MDL cable, but that’s obsolete.)

There is no option to directly cable this phone to a TV or monitor. :slightly_frowning_face:

So it has to be casted in software, like this suggestion from @pwx.
