2.4 Ghz WIFI doesn't work only 5 Ghz

Please help me my i have HP probook 430 G4 on pentium 4415U wifi doesnt work properly only 5 ghz works have any ideas ? on windows its works well

I had an issue a couple of weeks ago with non-Manjaro devices on 2.4 Ghz with authentication issues. The issue was resolved by changing my (fixed) 2.4 Ghz channel on the router. It might be worth a try.
